Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will work directly with members of the Sales Team to assist in daily operations, as well as to facilitate strategic goals for the Sales and Marketing department. This position is responsible for daily clerical duties, managerial follow-up on various directives, organizational duties, and supporting productivity and efficiency efforts for the Sales Team. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for documenting meeting minutes, data entry, scheduling, and keeping administrative functions in working order. The Administrative Assistant should be a highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach and impeccable organization and attention-to-detail.

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook - must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets.  
Certifications Requested
Employment Type Full Time
Shift Requirements 8am - 5pm / Mon - Fri
Compensation $11-15/hr.
