Job Position Bench/Corporate Technician

Job Description
The Bench/Corporate Technician in the Service Department is responsible for leading the technical relationship of one or more Data-Tech clients. They will provide superior support to a subset of Data-Tech's corporate customers in a complex network and/or hosting solutions environment. This position will be more focused on hardware than software. They will ensure the Support Center has all documentation necessary to understand and support their clients.
Skill Requirments
  • Strong Team Member and customer client relationships skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and /or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to resolve root cause problems with complex Windows domain environments
  • Ability to autonomously research and provide professional solutions
  • Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Have reliable transportation
  • A clean 7-year criminal background check and clean 3 year MVR is a requirement for this position.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Florida Driverís License
  • Able to work rotating shifts and on weekends as needed
Able to travel to job sites during off hours if needed
