||AFTER HOURS - NOC Engineer Level 1
||FLSA Status: Non Exempt (4) Days 11 pm-7 am 1hr Lunch Sun-Wed Wed-Sat
Payroll Classification: Full Time
The NOC Support Level 1 is responsible for managing and maintaining our clients networks. In addition to taking after hours support calls. The position will leverage our managed services platform and back office CRM to provide high level support to our clients. Good customer service & phone presence are required as this position can interface with clients directly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer NOC Support Level 1 position is a key contributor in the success of managing our clients networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving incidents that our clients open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware.

A clean 7 year criminal background check is a requirement for this position
Required to work varying shifts and be on call on weekends

Must possess and maintain a valid Florida drivers license and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must possess the mobility to work in a standard office setting (on site or off), and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, concentration to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and/ or over the telephone. Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
90 Days: Introductory Performance Review
6 Months: Performance Evaluation Review
1 Year: Performance Evaluation, annually thereafter
