Terminal Server Management
RDP Client Connectivity Troubleshooting over WAN and MPLS
Active Directory User Security and Login Scripts
Firewall Rules NAT and PAT - SonicWALL a Plus
Exchange Server Operational Knowledge
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues
Must want to help clients with problems |

A+, Network +, Firewall Experience a Plus |
