Dedicated Position for managing Data Backup, Recovery and Business Continuity Systems. Please note experience with with Kaseya, Unitrends Backup Software, Storage Craft and working knowledge of Enterprise Dell Servers.
Perform many of the following tasks:
Buld and Deploy Data-Tech Shadow Backup & Recovery Servers
Monitor and Manage Shadow Backup Servers and Shadow Cloud
Train Level 1 Help Desk on Level 1 Support Procedures
Interacting with clients to solve their issues.
Installing new hardware and software.
Provide Sales Engineering to Sales Teams
Provide Support to Project Team
Stay up to date on the latest Software and Updates from providers
Full Time with Benefits.
Flexible schedule between 7am and 10pm.
• Have reliable transportation
• A clean 7 year criminal background check is a requirement of this position |
