Job Description |
The Help Desk Manager reports directly to the Service Operations Manager and provides direct supervision for a team of 15-20 technical and administrative resources in the Service Department. This position is responsible for ensuring that Service Department personnel are adhering to company policies and utilizing proper practices and procedures to identify, document, track, and resolve client issues in minimum time. The Help Desk Manager is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and developing Service Department personnel and addressing any issues or concerns with employees directly to improve and optimize staff performance. This position will also serve as an escalation point for any client concerns that cannot be resolved by Help Desk personnel, utilizing the Service Operations Manager as needed. |

- A clean 7-year criminal background check and 3-year MVR is a requirement for employment at Data-Tech.
