Job Description
The Receptionist at Data-Tech serves as the face of the company by greeting incoming clients, vendors, and visitors, as well as being the first point of contact for incoming calls and appropriately routing calls as needed. The Receptionist is responsible for creating a uniquely personalized and welcoming experience for everyone who enters Data-Tech’s facilities by ensuring visitors are checked in and escorted to their destination. The Receptionist also performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to facilitate business operations, which may include data entry; internal and external communications (written and verbal); managing calendars for Leadership Team; coordinating meetings, networking events, or travel arrangements; preparing reports and other documentation, and keeping the lobby and front office presentable for employees and guests alike. The ideal candidate for this role will have an enthusiastic and upbeat personality, strong customer service and communication skills, and a desire to help others by facilitating a culture of organization and productivity.
Skill Requirments
    • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both verbally and in professional writing.
    • Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with Team Members, Customers and Vendors.
    • Ability to routinely multi-task and effectively manage assignments competing objectives.
    • Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment despite interruptions.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Strong knowledge of Data-Tech’s business operations, products, and services to provide accurate responses to incoming questions.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical for this role.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to create and maintain ad hoc reports, records, and spread sheets.
    • Ability to independently research, evaluate, and advise Leadership on the best course of action based on your findings.
    • Strong phone skills; friendly while maintaining professionalism
    • Must have reliable means of transportation and communication.  
    • Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check.  
Certifications Requested Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Employment Type Flexible
Shift Requirements Between 8am - 5pm
Compensation $13-15
